Graveside service for Sarah Jeanell Reeder White, 88, will be at 11 a.m., Friday, October 14, 2016, at Forestlawn Gardens with the Rev. Jim Welburn officiating. The family will receive friends Thursday evening from 6-8 pm at Gray Brown-Service Funeral home. Mrs. White passed away Monday evening at Jacksonville Health and Rehab.

Survivors include her daughters, Barbara Kay White Fleming, of Columbus, Ga. and Nancy Sue White Chandler (Merrick), of Athens; son, Michael Eugene White (Bette), of Anniston; sisters, Jewell Williams and Annette Yates Jackson; brothers, Harold Reeder, Perry E. Reeder Jr. and...

Reeder Jr. and Russell Reeder (Karen); grandchildren, Myron Fleming Sr., Daniel Fleming, Chad Chandler, Christian White, Dottie Thornton and Jacob Hallman; great-grandchildren, Samantha Jo Fleming, Myron Fleming Jr., Tabitha Fleming, Ava Chandler, Lila Chandler, Tyler Guillory, Savannah Yohey, Reagan Guillory, Preston Hallman, Robert Holmes, Ashleigh White, Savannah White, Noah White, Brooklynn White, Preston Hallman, Brooke Thornton and Blake Thornton; great- great-grandchild, Collin James Fleming and numerous nieces and nephews.

Mrs. White is preceded in death by her children, Erma White and Otis L. White Jr.; parents, Perry E. and Emma Lee Reeder and sister, Betty Acker. Mrs. White was a graduate of Oxford High School. She worked for Roses 5 & 10 before she went to work for National Credit Service until retirement. Then, she resided in Ozark until March, 2015. Mrs. White was a loving mother, grandmother and sister. She was loved dearly by her family and friends.
